SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics facility in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, or our store in Lower Parel, Mumbai, depending on where the items purchased are stored. We use a combination of third-party couriers aggregators. Our shipping process follows a least-packages method, meaning we attempt to consolidate your order into as few packages as possible. However, in some cases, you may receive your order in multiple shipments if the items are stored in different locations.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online via credit card, debit card, or net banking.

We also provide same-day delivery within Mumbai for a fee of ₹150. If you require this service, please contact us immediately after placing your order to opt for it. Usually, our team members would also reach out to you on the following day to coordinate the same. 

At this time, we do not offer express shipping and are unable to accommodate requests for expedited delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (1-2 business days).

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, modifications will not be possible.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once shipped, orders typically take 5-7 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number can be used on the relevant courier company’s website to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Provide an accurate and complete shipping address with any necessary special instructions.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

  • If any address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to rectify the information. Orders cannot be delivered without a valid address and contact number.

  • If we are unable to establish contact after two attempts, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

  • We cannot take responsibility for shipments lost due to inaccurate addresses.

Delivery Attempts & Additional Charges

  • Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday.

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to us.

  • Any additional delivery attempts or address changes after dispatch will incur extra charges.

Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it under any circumstances. Instead, refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately for further assistance.
