1. Terms and Conditions for Users
1.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to register, visit, or use our Services. By doing so, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and possess the necessary rights, authority, and capacity to use our Services, abiding by the Agreement. If a User is below 18 years old, it's assumed they are using the Platforms under parental or legal guardian supervision, with the guardian's agreement to the terms of this Agreement. If we become aware of a User under 18 using the Platforms without supervision, we reserve the right to deactivate their account.
1.2 The contents of Services, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design and the collection, arrangement and assembly of the content on the Platforms or any of the other Services are the property of EB Enterprises Private Limited, its parent company, group companies, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, suppliers, vendors and sister companies, as the case may be (“EB Enterprises Private Limited Content”), and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You shall not modify the EB Enterprises Private Limited Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise use the EB Enterprises Private Limited Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
1.3 EB Enterprises Private Limited grants you permission to access and use our content solely for identifying and purchasing Products and processing returns, following our Return and Refund Policy if applicable. This permission does not include resale of Products or commercial use of any of our content.
1.4 You agree to keep your provided data accurate and current. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or if EB Enterprises Private Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, EB Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate or block your access to the Platforms, and refuse to provide you with access to the Platforms in future.
1.5 Upon registration, you may receive messages related to your activities on the Platforms, such as order confirmations or delivery updates. It is specifically clarified that a text message and/or an email acknowledging the receipt of your order is not an acceptance from EB Enterprises Private Limited that the Product will be delivered. EB Enterprises Private Limited’s acceptance to your offer to purchase shall occur and conclude only when the Products have been delivered by EB Enterprises Private Limited and a text message and/or email confirming such delivery is visible on your tracking link. EB Enterprises Private Limited, at all times, reserves the right to limit the quantity of items in, or cancel an order anytime before the delivery.
1.6 Our communications will be sent only to your registered contact details. It is your responsibility to update them. We may send notifications and reminders about scheduled deliveries. While EB Enterprises Private Limited shall endeavor to share prompt reminders and notifications relating to the delivery of purchased Products by you, we shall not be held liable for any failure to send such notifications or reminders.
2. Collection of User and Customer Information

3. User Covenants and Obligations
3.1 You are prohibited from:
3.1.a. Compromising platform integrity or security
3.1.b. Transmitting disruptive information
3.1.c. Intentionally submitting false data
3.1.d. Using automated tools to navigate or search
3.1.e. Attempting to reverse engineer platform parts
3.1.f. Copying our content without permission
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All intellectual property on the Platforms remains ours or of third parties hosting it. Materials may not be modified, copied, or used without written permission.
4.2 EB Enterprises Private Limited Brand Name and Logo are under license from Extra Butter LLC.

4.3 If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that raises concerns of infringement, please write to us at info@extrabutter.in and let us know of your concerns.
5. Liability
5.1 You acknowledge that your use of our Services and Products is at your own risk. EB Enterprises Private Limited is not liable for representations or warranties regarding Products. Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
5.2 The maximum aggregate liability of EB Enterprises Private Limited, in respect of all Services provided, and all transactions undertaken by the User by using the Services, shall be limited to a maximum of INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand).
6. Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless EB Enterprises Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from (i) your access to or use of the Services or Products, (ii) violation of the Agreement, (iii) infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account with EB Enterprises Private Limited, (iv) action or inaction on behalf of EB Enterprises Private Limited ’s third party affiliates, manufacturers, vendors, suppliers and logistic partners in providing services; and (v) infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. EB Enterprises Private Limited shall notify you promptly of such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide EB Enterprises Private Limited with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage or cost.
7. Term and Termination
The Agreement is active while you use our Services. We can terminate for breaches, misrepresentation, unlawful activity, or authentication issues. Users can terminate anytime, but prior obligations persist. Provisions that survive termination are outlined.
