At Extra Butter, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please note that all return, exchange, and cancellation requests must be made via email at info@extrabutter.in. Requests made through WhatsApp or phone calls will not be processed. This ensures that all requests are properly documented and handled efficiently.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once the item is returned and passes quality checks at our warehouse, a gift-card shall be generated against your order value. It will be valid for 120 days from the date of issuance.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorized before sending them back.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a return, email us at info@extrabutter.in with your order number and reason. Our team will investigate the matter and assist you further. Under any circumstance, we shall not accept non-approved returns from customers. In that case, the order shall be shipped back to them.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take an unboxing video when opening the package. This is mandatory for us to investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Email us at info@extrabutter.in with your order details and video evidence, and we’ll make it right!
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please drop an email to our customer care team at info@extrabutter.in, and they will assist you through the process. We will initiate a reverse pickup from our end, and once the item is returned back to our facility and passes quality check (QC), we will ship out the preferred item.
Your exchange order will be kept in reserve to ensure it remains available for you. Please note that all packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact for us to process an exchange.
CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible.

Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
- Refund requests are valid for damaged/incorrect orders.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If your refund hasn’t been received after 15 business days, please contact us.
