Returns & Exchanges
Please find below the details of the policy, as applicable, for the products sold at Extra Butter and https://extrabutterny.in/.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied. (Example: Footwear returned with damage to the shoebox, or without a box, will be returned to the customer.)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent store credit. Store credit must be used within 120 days from the date of issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,
- All Sale Items (Markdowns and Sale Promotions with code),
- Limited releases and Extra Butter collaborations
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Any flammable liquids (Such as perfumes and fragrances).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation requests must be sent to us as soon as possible. Items that have been processed and shipped cannot be altered or cancelled. If the cancellation is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
